All,

Please note that the walk starts from ABERFOYLE not DM Lodge, those meeting us at the beginning of the walk please gather outside the tourist information center in Aberfoyle (the car park side) at around 10am.

The walk starts from the car park in Aberfoyle heading up to the David Marshall Lodge. We will walk along three marked routes around the lodge steadily climbing up to Lime Craig (305m ascent) and then descent alongside Aberfoyle Golf Club and Dounans Centre back to Aberfoyle.

The walk will take approx 3 hours and is mainly on clear walk/cycle paths.

For those wanting a lunch after the walk there is a number of places in Aberfoyle to fill up the groaning tummies!

There is a bus service from Glasgow to Aberfoyle but I am hoping that we will get enough drivers to accommodate the non drivers. So those who can offer a lift please make yourselves known - those requiring a lift contact the drivers directly.

Heidi
