Who needs the extra expense of a gym when walking with a group is a great (and cheap!) way to motivate yourself to maintain an exercise regimen? All those with a hectic schedule who need to find "me" time during the week are welcome to join up with myself and others for walks in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
