Let's meet at the Visitors Center lot. We'll meet near the front door of the building.
Mission Bay Park is just west of I-5 at the Clairemont Drive exit.
Whether you're going North or South on I-5, take the Clairemont Drive exit and head towards the water. After stopping at the stop sign, go straight across the street into the driveway of the Mission Bay Visitors' Center. After driving around that 3-story, upside-down, green funnel, you'll find plenty of parking in their lot.
From OB, you'd get on I-5 North from Sea World Drive as it crosses over it. The next exit is Clairemont Drive. This park has a path for jogging or bike riding and of course, walking.
