Each year is unforgettable, healthy and community building. This year we're doing it again and inviting you all to join in and bring your friends. Our walk date is Sunday, November 4th - the same day as the New York Marathon...

We start at 220th Street at @8:45am, right by the Broadway Bridge and just a few blocks up from the 215th stop of the 1 (red) line subway. If you want to meet downtown, we start at 8am at Christopher street station and ride up with our coffee. You are welcome to join us at either point.

If you want to find us it's not easy, so we urge you to get up early and come join us at the start. We don't wear crazy clothing but we are reachable by phone, which we'll post the day before the walk.

Raindate??? If it's awful we'll post a raindate to the apartmenttherapy.com site by 7:00am that morning.

    •  Maxwell and his family are very friendly as was the group. I love how organized it was that we stopped every 20 blocks for bathroom / catch up breaks. Even the avenue Maxwell chose was perfect b/c other aves dont have as many restroom options. I didnt go to the end but it was perfect for me (I think I even lost some weight even though I stoppe off at a street fair and picked up sausage & zeppole for dinner :P This was such good exercise, I wish they'd do it at least twice a year... Spring maybe?
    •  I had a fabulous time! Maxwell was an excellent leader, calm and upbeat, and giving every single walker time and attention. It could not have been done better. Thanks Max and Sarah!
