This group is for all who are and want to get fit by making walking an all over work-out.
The walks are organized by a personal trainer/walking coach. Each program is designed for the participants and can involve walking with light weights (pace walking) or cadence marching.

We will be walking through the beautiful Southend neighborhood along Flagler Drive and back to Dixie. Part of the walk will be in the shape of the typical "marine" cadence walk with Patti's own spin.
First participation is FREE of charge, subsequent training with Patti depending on size of group.
