This one-hour workout is about body awareness in movement. It's from this standpoint when you build strength and endurance in your weaknesses or movement limitations that you can do anything, including running, hiking, rowing, archery or whatever!! You will learn to tune in to how your body moves and performs, giving you the ability to improve your coordination, balance and agility. Overall we'll have a fun time while getting a great workout! Please be fed, bring water, wear supportive shoes and dress according to the weather. In the case of rain or very cold temperatures the class will be postponed until the next meeting time. Bring a yoga mat or large towel for ground exercises and wear sunscreen! Class size is limited to 5 people but If more are interested I will hold a second class for the week.
