Hello Ladies,
I hope all of you are doing great. Well, Spring is definitely here and I don't know about all of you, but I am excited to take advantage of the beautiful weather. It has been my heart for a while to get women together to walk and fellowship at the same time. What a great way we all can get to know each other better. We can work toward the common goal of getting healthier as well as learn more about one another. It will be a good way we can also hold each other accountable to our health. Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5pm, we will be meeting at Scalzi Park in Stamford. On the days that it rains, we will meet in the Stamford Mall at Starbucks at 5pm.
