Count on Yourself, is a innovative interactive workshop created by wellness coach/personal trainer Risa Olinsky, M.A. By registering and participating in this 1.5 - 2 hour program you will leave wearing a top rated pedometer, have a walking wellness fitness plan for the coming month and get together again for the follow up. Count on Yourself is not an exercise class
