Hello all you Dirty Girls!
Virtually all health professionals extol the benefits of walking. Our niche is for women interested in improving their level of fitness. We promote fun and yes, we get dirty. Really dirty sometimes because we train on hills and trails. If you are looking for fun and good company combined with a training program that focuses on becoming a stronger and faster walker, then this is the one. ALL levels welcome!

NOTICE: The organizer for the Dirty Girls is on sabbatical during the month of August to supervise a home construction project. Please check the calendar for any meetups being posted by assistant organizers. If you want to volunteer to be the assistant organizer during the month of August, please call Karen at 858-699-4238. See you in the early Fall!
