We are a group of women who want to start getting back in to shape. What better way to do that than enjoy walking the Madrugada Drive Trailhead. Come joy us on Saturday mornings, enjoying the scenic trail.
The group has been updated to reflect the changes from my email below the original description of the group. I will modify this page again in a few weeks. This is the original description of my purpose in starting this group: "I love to hike, but I have kids that are 9 and 11 . . . and they DON'T. I was in several other OC hiking groups, but most of the hikes happen when I would either need to get a sitter or drag the boys with us. So I finally decided to start a group to pull together others w …

Our goal is to help people get motivated to work out and be outside. Going to the gym by yourself can really get boring. This is a great way to meet new people and really get motivated to get moving! The walking will be slower (but not too slow) to give you a chance to talk with those around you. All walkers are welcome!

More experienced or longer distance runners my run ahead or do a second lap, slower runners group together and work to push each other to run more than walk as we power through and hour or so of activity. JOIN US and become a RUNNER!
Join us for our monthly labyrinth walk - the 3rd Friday of each month at 7:30 pm. Includes a mini-workshop, meditation, walk and conversation.
