The workout is mostly walking with brief periods of jumping jacks, squats, lunges and the like. There will be a personal trainer administering the walking workouts and chef handing out recipes. Jack London State Historic Park offers a wide variety of free Sunday morning hikes. The hikes are led by volunteer docents and are designed for people that want to explore the park with a friendly group of fellow hikers.
