On the Third Saturday of each month there is a Barn Dance at the Sonoma Valley Grange Hall in the Springs (across Hwy 12 from Mary’s Pizza), 8 to 11. The workout is mostly walking with brief periods of jumping jacks, squats, lunges and the like. There will be a personal trainer administering the walking workouts and chef handing out recipes.
