We meet once a month to run together and talk about the physiological benefits of running barefoot or with feet that are minimally shod. We're open to anyone interested in learning about barefoot running and have had people of all proficiencies: novice, intermediate and well-versed. The Seminole Running - Walking Club is a group that meets for running and walking! We meet on different days during the week in Oviedo. We run different courses that range from 5.5 miles to 7.5 miles.  Our running pace is between 9 minute miles to 11 minute miles.
