The Seminole Running - Walking Club is a group that meets for running and walking! We meet on different days during the week in Oviedo. We run different courses that range from 5.5 miles to 7.5 miles.  Our running pace is between 9 minute miles to 11 minute miles. The walkers walk approximately 3.5 miles in 1 hour, usually 3 times a week.
