Fit 'n Fabulous is a virtual spin-off chapter of the Red Hat Society. Members are from 13 states, Germany and Canada. We meet and greet on FaceBook in a closed group which is accessible only to supporting members of the RHS. We provide support, motivation and inspiration to Red and Pink Hatters who want to improve their health and fitness. Our virtual walking team aims for 10,000 steps a day.
