Sand in your shoesI'd like to start a group that takes a moderate to face paced walk between 3-5 miles. I was thinking that Folly Beach is a terrific place to walk and from the pier to the state park and back is about 3 miles. We could start with that and go from there! Our calves will look amazing from the sand! |
