We are a group of wellness coaches and veteran 3-Day walkers who enjoy getting some fitness walking in. We currently meet on Saturday mornings to do a 3-mile fitness walk and some even go a second loop for 6 miles! We will work to encourage people to spay/neuter their dogs and help foster responsible ownership.
