Fun group for Yoga and Hiking around Texas and Oklahoma. We walk together mindfully. We vow to care for others and ourselves in our words as we walk and hike together. Our yoga practices range from 30 minutes to 75 minutes depending on the setting. Events are for beginners, who are able to get to the ground and walk level one trails, to experts. I have started this group to bring together moms (or dads) who have recently had a baby or are expecting. My husband and I live in Denton and have recently had our first child and want to meet others who are going thru the same joys and challenges of being parents to an infant. We can get together for lunches, dinners, walks in the park, as the little ones get older playdates, or anything else that you may be interested in doing.

The Brickhouse Run club is running club dedicated to teaching people to love running by starting slow and training for a 10K/5K. We will begin with a run/walk program to get those that are non-runners or those that don't run much up to speed in order to complete a 5K or 10K.
