We are the oldest continuously running hash in the United States. We meet Saturdays at 3:00pm, socialize a bit, and then go running/walking along a trail set by a member (the hare). SEAL 360 is a fitness program for one-on-one and group fitness. SEAL team 4 member Brett Hess operates this program in the Virginia Beach area at multiple locations.
