I have become convinced of Dr. Joel Fuhrman's research on the nutritarian lifestyle, which is basically eating the most nutritious foods (plants) about 80-90% of the time. It would be great to get together with others of like mind to give each other support and exchange ideas, recipes and success stories. The Native Plant Salvage Alliance (NPSA) collaborates to preserve, restore and teach about native flora in Tacoma and Pierce County, Washington.
